Google Chrome allows you to have custom backgrounds and themes for the browser. The background of your choice will be seen on new tabs. The color theme allows you to adjust the bar color of your chrome window.

You can change your chrome theme via the customize pencil icon shown on new tabs or windows. There are a series of default background images that you can choose from, however you may also upload your own.

Switch to the color and theme options using the right panel to choose your accent color. There are several default themes to pick from, or you can choose a specific color via the color dropper tool.
