How to Change Profile Picture on Steam Deck with Custom Picture (Fast Tutorial)
1To change your profile picture on your Steam Deck using a custom picture, you'll need to do this in Desktop Mode. Here's how:
1. Enter Desktop Mode:
Hold down the power button on your Steam Deck until the power menu appears.
Select Switch to Desktop to enter Desktop Mode.
2. Open the Steam Client:
Once in Desktop Mode, open the Steam client by clicking on the Steam icon on the desktop or from the application menu (bottom-left corner).
3. Go to Your Profile:
In the Steam client, click on your username in the top right corner and select View Profile from the dropdown menu.
4. Edit Profile:
On your profile page, click the Edit Profile button near the top right.
5. Change Profile Picture:
In the Edit Profile section, select Avatar from the left-hand menu.
Click on the Upload Your Avatar button to upload a custom picture.
6. Select Your Custom Picture:
A file browser will appear. Navigate to the location where your custom picture is saved.
