To enable the blue light filter on your Xbox Series X, you can follow these steps:

Open the Settings menu on your Xbox Series X.
Select Accessibility.
Scroll down to the Night mode display section.
Select Filter blue light.
Use the directional pad or left analog stick to adjust the blue light intensity from None (0%) to Max (100%) in increments of 2 percentage points
