Changing the Refresh Rate:
Right-click anywhere on your desktop and select Display settings.
In the left sidebar, click on System.
On the right side, choose the Display tab.
Under the “Related settings” section, click on Advanced display settings.
In the “Display information” section, select the desired refresh rate from the drop-down menu.

Click Apply to save the changes.
You can also enable Dynamic Refresh Rate (DRR) if your hardware supports it. DRR automatically adjusts the refresh rate for smoother performance while conserving battery life. To enable DRR:

Follow the same steps as above to open the Advanced display settings.
