How to TURN OFF or Change LIGHT on Controller for Xbox Series X (Settings Tutorial)
2To adjust the light on your Xbox Series X controller, you have a few options:
Dim the Light:
Go to Settings.
Select Accessibility on the left side of the screen.
On the right side, choose Night mode.
Inside the Accessibility – Night mode menu, select the Night mode option.
In the drop-down menu, you can set it to On to manually enable Night Mode.
Turn Off the Light Completely:
Set your controller to “min” within the brightness setting in the Preferences menu. This will turn off the light on your controller.
For changing the brightness on an Xbox Series X console button, adjust this in the settings.
Additionally, if you want to turn off an Xbox controller when paired using Bluetooth:
Press and hold the Xbox logo button on your controller for six seconds. This will turn off the controller.
When the light on the Xbox logo button turns off, your controller has been switched off. To switch it back on, press and hold the Xbox logo button until it lights up4
