To replace the thumbstick on your Xbox Series X|S controller, you can follow these steps:

Remove the batteries and the plastic pieces on the sides of the controller.
Unscrew the screws with a TR8 screwdriver, including the one behind the sticker.

Take off the back and front plastic covers and remove the old thumbsticks.
Put the new thumbsticks and reassemble the controller.
