2Changing your email address associated with your Steam account is a straightforward process. Follow these steps:
Open the Steam client on your computer.
Click on the Steam menu at the top left corner (or Preferences if you’re using the Mac client).
Select Settings.
Within the Account tab, choose Change contact email.
Enter your Steam Account password.
Provide your new email address and click Next.
Steam Support will immediately send you an email with a verification link to your new email address. Do not close the Steam dialogue box while you retrieve the email.
If you don’t receive the email, consider using an email address from a different provider.
Return to Steam after verifying your new email address.
The dialogue box in Steam should now confirm the email change. Click Finish to complete the process.
