About this video: How can you change your Minecraft FOV? Well, in this video, we show you exactly how to update your field of view in Minecraft Java and Bedrock Editions. What is the FOV in Minecraft? Well, it basically controls how much of the area around you can see. Generally, 70 field of view is normal, and by turning it up you can see more. Turning down the FOV pulls in your vision.
How can you change your FOV on Minecraft Java Edition though? Well, first off start by clicking on “Options” on the Minecraft main menu. Then, in top left, you will see the “FOV setting”. This is where you can change your FOV to the field of view that is perfect for you. You don’t even have to save or click “Done”. The FOV will update automatically.
As far as updating your field of view on Minecraft Bedrock Edition, the process is super simple. Just click on “Settings” from the main menu. Then, navigate to the “Video” tab on the left-hand side. From there, locate the “FOV” setting, and you can change it to anything you’d like between 30 degrees and 110 degrees. After that, make the settings, and you are good to go!
