With 20 hours of battery life, the Ultimate Ears Everboom Bluetooth speaker can crank out your favorite tunes for a long time before you need to worry about recharging it. But, if you want to know how much battery life your Everboom speaker has left, Ultimate Ears makes it easy to check. I'll show you how to check your Everboom speaker's battery indicator both right on the device and in the UE Boom app.
First let's look at how to check the Everboom Bluetooth speaker's battery level right on the device.
Step 1. Press both the "Volume Up" and "Volume Down" buttons on the front of the device at the exact same time. You'll see three white lights directly above the Volume Up button if your Everboom speaker has 67 to 100 percent of battery life left. If you see two white lights your device has 34 to 66 percent of battery life left. One white light means you've got a battery charge level of 17 to 33 percent. If you see one red light your Everboom Bluetooth speaker only has 7 to 9 percent of it's battery life left. And a single blinking red light means you have a battery level of less than 7 percent.
Next let's look at how you can use the Ultimate Ears Boom app to check the battery level on your UE Everboom Bluetooth speaker.
Step 1. Download the UE Boom app if you haven't already. When you open the app for the first time you'll need to go through an initial setup process.
Step 2. Launch the app after setting it up. You'll see a list of all the Ultimate Ears Bluetooth speakers you own. Tap your Everboom Bluetooth speaker in this list. A control screen for your Everboom speaker is displayed, where you'll see the current battery level at the top of this screen.
