Knowing how much battery life you have left on your Ultimate Ears Boom 3 speaker is crucial, whether you’re heading out for a day at the beach, hosting a party, or just enjoying some music at home. Keeping track of your speaker’s battery level ensures you’re never caught off guard by a dead battery, so you can keep the music going without interruptions.
First let's look at how to check the Ultimate Ears Boom 3 Bluetooth speaker's battery level right on the device.
Step 1. Hold down the "Volume Up" and "Volume Down" buttons on the front of the Boom 3 at the exact same time for roughly three seconds. Eventually, your speaker will say the battery level, which will sound something like this.
Next let's look at how you can use the Ultimate Ears Boom app to check the battery level on your UE Boom 3 Bluetooth speaker.
Step 1. Download the UE Boom app if you haven't already. When you open the app for the first time you'll need to go through an initial setup process.
Step 2. Launch the app after setting it up. You'll see a list of all the Ultimate Ears Bluetooth speakers you own. Tap your Boom 3 speaker in this list. A control screen for your speaker is displayed, where you'll see the current battery level at the top of this screen.
