Steps to Choose Your Preferred Recording Device in Windows 11:
Open Settings

Click on the Start button, then select Settings, or press Windows + I on your keyboard to open the Settings directly.
Go to Sound Settings

In the Settings window, click on System, then choose Sound from the left-hand menu.
Select Input Device

Under Input, you’ll see a list of available recording devices, such as built-in microphones, USB microphones, or connected headsets.
From the Choose a device for speaking or recording dropdown menu, select your preferred recording device.
Test the Microphone
