Hopefully you have another save file (an earlier save file) with more time available to complete case 4-2 Girl Hunting (ideally, the time meter is still yellow and you have 33% or one-third the timer bar remaining to complete the case when you approach Isabella). To defeat Isabella, it is recommended that you have minimally 2 handguns with full 30 round clips as well as a strong melee weapon in your inventory. Climb up onto the scaffolding and position yourself on the makeshift wooden plank bridge. Ensure to shoot Isabella either in the head or the torso (hitting her in the arms or the bike do not count as valid hits). When she turns her back to you and rides away, hop down one level to get her attention (essentially taunting her to again approach), at which point climb back up on the wooden planks and continue to shoot her either in the head or the torso, being careful to ensure that your shots land on the target.
