To connect your phone to a Windows 11 PC via Bluetooth, follow these steps:

Enable Bluetooth on Your Windows 11 Computer:
Open the Settings app (press Windows + I).
Select Bluetooth & devices on the left sidebar.
Turn on the Bluetooth switch in the right-hand pane.

Keep the Settings app open to ensure your Windows 11 laptop or PC is discoverable via Bluetooth by your Android phone.
Turn On Bluetooth on Your Android Phone or Tablet:
Enable Bluetooth on your Android smartphone or tablet.

Make sure both devices are within range and have sufficient charge.
If needed, press the pairing button on your Bluetooth device.
Your Android phone should now be discoverable via Bluetooth.
Pair and Connect Your Phone to Your Laptop or Desktop Computer:
On your Windows 11 PC, click the Bluetooth icon in the taskbar.
Select View more devices and then click Add device.

Choose Bluetooth and select your Android phone from the list of devices.
Click Connect and confirm the same PIN code on both devices.

Once paired, you can transfer files between your phone and PC using the Bluetooth File Transfer wizard
