How to Connect Xbox Controller to your LG TV (Easy Tutorial)
1To connect an Xbox controller to your LG TV via Bluetooth, follow these steps:
1. Prepare Your Xbox Controller
Make sure your Xbox controller has fresh batteries or is charged.
Turn on the controller by pressing the Xbox button in the center.
To enter pairing mode, press and hold the Pairing button (located on the top of the controller, next to the USB port) until the Xbox button starts flashing.
2. Enable Bluetooth on Your LG TV
On your LG TV, press the Settings button (gear icon) on your remote.
Navigate to All Settings - General - Bluetooth.
Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
3. Pair the Xbox Controller
Once Bluetooth is enabled on your LG TV, the TV will begin scanning for nearby Bluetooth devices.
In the list of available devices, select Xbox Wireless Controller.
After a few seconds, the controller should connect, and the Xbox button on the controller will stop flashing and remain lit.
4. Test the Connection
You should now be able to use your Xbox controller to navigate your TV menus, use apps, or play games that support Bluetooth controllers.
