To copy and paste text on the PS5 console, follow these steps:

Navigate to the text field: Whenever you’re prompted to enter text, such as when sending messages or searching, use the D-pad or thumbsticks to navigate to the text field.

Open the on-screen keyboard: Press the X button on your controller to open the on-screen keyboard.

Enter text: Use the D-pad or thumbsticks to navigate through the on-screen keyboard and select the letters or characters you want to input. Press the X button to confirm your selections.

Copy text: Once you’ve entered the desired text, navigate to the “Copy” button (usually located on the left side of the on-screen keyboard) and press the X button to copy the text.

Paste text: Navigate to the location where you want to paste the copied text and press the X button to bring up the options menu. Select “Paste” from the menu to paste the copied text.
