To send messages on your PS5 console, please follow these steps:

Press the PS button on your controller to go to the control center.
Select Game Base from the control center.
Go to the Friends tab and select the friend you want to message. Alternatively, you can select New Message and search for a player.
Select Messages. A window appears.

Send a message to get the conversation going. You can enter your own text or select Messaging Options to send a quick message (pre-written message), voice message, screenshot, video clip, or sticker.
To view your messages on PS5 console, please follow these steps:

Press the PS button on your controller to go to the control center.
Select Game Base from the control center.
Go to the Messages tab.
Select the message you want to view. If you don’t see the message you’re looking for, select View All Messages
