How to Delete Trophies & Hide Games on PS5 Profile (Gaming History)

To delete trophies from your PS5 profile, follow these steps:

From the PS5 home screen, select your profile picture, which should be on the top right corner in between the Settings and Clock.
In the pop-up menu, select Trophies.

Inside the Trophies, select the game that has 0% trophy progress.
In the pop-up menu, select Delete to remove the trophy list from that particular game off from your account.
To hide games from your PS5 profile, follow these steps:

From the PS5 home screen, select your profile picture, which should be on the top right corner in between the Settings and Clock.
In the pop-up menu, select Trophies.

Inside the Trophies, press the options button on your controller and go to Privacy Settings - Hidden Games.
Here, you can choose to hide specific games from your profile
