To enable pop-up notifications for your friends when they come online on your PS5 console, follow these steps:

Go to Settings on your PS5 console.
Scroll down to Notifications and select it.
Scroll down to When Friends Go Online and select it.
Select Friends That Notify You and choose the friends you want to receive notifications for when they come online.

Once you have completed these steps, you will receive a pop-up notification on your phone if you have the PS app installed. This will make it easy to invite your friends to play games together.
