To delete a controller and devices from PS5 Bluetooth settings, follow these steps:

From the PS5 home screen, select the Settings icon (gear-shaped) at the top right corner of the screen.

Scroll down to Accessories and select it.
Select Bluetooth Devices.

Select the wireless controller you want to delete.
Select Delete.

Confirm the deletion by selecting OK.
