In the quest Sheogorath you will be tasked by Sheogorath or Haskill with fulfilling the K'Sharra Prophecy that Ri'bassa tells you of. The prophecy has 3 signs, the first of which is a vermin infestation, the second sign is plague where all the livestock are supposed to die. This video will show you how to create those scenarios.
