This video helps you to create your own hosts file in case if it is missing in your 'etc' folder. If you don't have any idea about what i'm talking about then you need to watch this video for sure.

In the above link video I will show how to block websites in windows 7 using hosts file, which is why I made this video in case if you accidentally delete the hosts file or you don't even have that hosts file. It is simple to create your own hosts file.
Just simply right-click in your system and new-textdocument-rename the text document as "hosts" with null extension, which will make the file type as just "FILE" which show that it is system file.
