How to use google chrome in offline mode (easy way)

chrome://flags/#enable-offline-load-stale-cache
Select "Enabled" and click on Relaunch now button which will open's a fresh Google Chrome browser and it caches the contents you visiting in the browser and it is stored in the cache memory. When it goes offline, this technique will come in handy when you want to access some of the webpages to read articles which matters the most to you at that time. Well you can use Google Chrome browser to store webpages as cache memory and when you are offline, it will prompt you to click on "Show saved copy" which will show the contents which is same as the original contents. But contents like videos, images, and the webpages which is designed using JavaScript will not display. Only text and contents which is in HTML, CSS based webpages will be displayed.
