To delete apps (channels) on a Roku TV, follow these concise steps using your Roku remote:

Go to the Home Screen:
Press the Home button to access the main menu.
Highlight the App:

Navigate to the app (channel) you want to delete using the arrow buttons.
Open Options:

Press the Star (*) button (Options) on your remote.
Remove the App:

Select Remove channel or Remove from the menu.
Confirm by selecting Remove again when prompted.
Alternative Method (Via Channel Store)

Go to Home - Streaming Channels (Channel Store).
Select My Channels or Manage Channels.
Highlight the app, press Star (*), and choose Remove channel.
