To move and rearrange apps (channels) on the Home Screen of a Roku TV, follow these steps using your Roku remote:

Access the Home Screen:
Press the Home button to view your apps.
Select an App:

Use the arrow buttons to highlight the app you want to move.
Open Options:
Press the Star (*) button (Options) on your remote.
Move the App:

Choose Move channel.
Use the arrow buttons to place the app in your desired spot on the grid.
Press OK to set the new position.

Repeat as Needed:
Repeat for other apps you want to rearrange.
