Hi. I'm Max Dalton, and in this video I'm going to talk through how to delete games from your Xbox One.

While the various models of the Xbox One come with a healthy amount of built-in storage space, the large size of the games you install on the console can eat through that storage space incredibly quickly. As a result, you'll likely find yourself in a position at some point where you'll need to get rid of some games before you can add any new ones. It's worth noting that any games you purchased can be redownloaded again at a later date at no additional cost if you find yourself missing them.

And now, the steps to remove a game from your Xbox One console.

Step 1. Navigate to the home screen on your Xbox One video game console.

Step 2. Press the "Xbox" button in the center of your controller. A menu appears on the left side of the screen.

Step 3. Select "My Games & Apps" in the list of options directly beneath the Home icon at the top of the menu. The My Games & Apps icon has a silhouette of an Xbox controller and an Xbox console on it. A screen appears showing a menu on the left, and a list of all of the games installed on your Xbox One console on the right.

Step 4. Use the on-screen selector to highlight the game you want to delete from your Xbox One console. In this example, I'll choose to remove Marvel Heroes Omega.

Step 5. Press "Menu" on your controller. The Menu button features three horizontal lines. A menu appears in the center of the screen.

Step 6. Choose "Uninstall" from the list of options in the menu. A message appears, warning you that you're about to uninstall the selected game and that you can choose to reinstall it at any time.

Step 7. Select "Uninstall All." The on-screen message will disappear, and you'll return to the screen displaying your list of games, which will still temporarily display the game you chose to uninstall. The game you chose to uninstall will eventually automatically disappear from your list of games, after it's finished uninstalling. Additionally, as a result of uninstalling the game, you should the amount of free storage space indicated in the lower left corner of this screen increase after the game is removed.
