Disabling notifications from the Samsung Health app can help reduce distractions and give you more control over which alerts you receive. The app may send reminders for steps, inactivity, workout progress, or health tips, but if these become too frequent or unnecessary, you can turn them off directly from within the app.

To begin, open the Samsung Health app on your device. Once inside, tap on the My Page tab, which is typically located in the bottom right corner. From there, tap the three-dot menu icon in the top right corner and select Settings from the dropdown list.

In the Settings menu, look for the Notifications option and tap on it. This section will show you the current notification preferences set for Samsung Health. If notifications are enabled, you’ll see toggles for various types of alerts. To disable all notifications, turn off the main toggle at the top. If you prefer to keep some but not all notifications, you can leave the toggle on and selectively disable specific categories such as step count reminders, inactivity alerts, or health goal suggestions.

Once you've made your changes, the app will immediately stop sending push notifications based on your updated preferences. If you ever decide to turn them back on, you can return to the same settings menu and adjust the toggles accordingly.

This method allows you to control notifications directly from the Samsung Health app without needing to go through your phone's main system settings.
