To get started, we will need to learn how to download Minecraft maps. You can find a link the description above that will take you to our website where we feature some of the best Minecraft maps for 1.20.4.
On that page, find a Minecraft map you want to play and click the “Download” button on it. This will take you to that map’s download page. It really just depends on the map you want as to how it is downloaded. Generally, you are looking for a “Download” button. Depending on the site, you may need to navigate to the “Files” tab as well.
Once you have the map downloaded, it is time to prep your new Minecraft 1.20.4 world to be installed. To do this, right-click on the file you downloaded, click on “Extract” and the “Extract All”. That will then extract the map to a new folder.
