Video Transcript:
Step 1. Open a web browser, navigate to Plex.TV, and then sign in to your Plex account if you're not signed in already. Click your profile icon at the top of the screen to open a menu, and then click "Account Settings" in this menu.

Step 2. Make sure "Account" is selected in the menu on the left side of the screen. Scroll down to the Security section, find Two-Factor Authentication, and then tap "Edit" in that section.

Step 3. Tap "Enable" associated with Two Factor Authentication. An Enable Two Factor Authentication window opens.

Step 4. Enter to confirm your Plex password, and then tap "Continue." The next screen shows you a QR code that can be scanned in to your preferred authenticator app.

Step 5. Scan that QR code into your preferred authenticator app, like Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator, and then enter the code associated with Plex in that app into the Verification Code field. Choose whether you want to sign out of Plex on all other devices, and then click "Continue." The next screen lets you know that you've successfully enabled two-factor authentication for Plex, and shows you your 2FA recovery codes.

Step 6. Click "Copy to Clipboard," paste these codes into a text editor like Notepad or Microsoft Word, and then save those codes to a safe place where you can find them if you need them. You've successfully secured your Plex account with 2FA.
