If you are wondering, "Where is the serial number on the Dyson V7 vacuum?" this is the video for you. The placement of the serial number on the Dyson V7 ( http://amzn.to/2CAwSIE ) cordless vacuum is not even remotely obvious, and it's not explained in the manual or on Dyson's website, so I'm hoping this video will help some of you out.

Just for reference, the serial number is on the bottom of the grip area, above the battery. You need to remove the battery to see the serial number on the V7 vac, which means you will need a philips head screwdriver similar to this one ( http://amzn.to/2Crp3an ). Doesn't have to be that exact one obviously, just something small and defined enough that you won't strip the three tiny screws!
