How to Find the Video Editor on PS5 & Edit in Sharefactory (Best Method)
4The PlayStation 5 comes with a built-in, but limited, video editor in the Media Gallery. However, for the best and most comprehensive editing experience, you need to use the dedicated app called Share Factory Studio.
Method 1: The Built-in Editor (Quick and Simple)
This is a good option if you only need to make a quick trim or share a short clip.
Find the Video Clip: Press the PS button on your controller to open the Control Center.
Navigate to the Media Gallery (the icon looks like a photo album).
Find and select the video clip you want to edit.
Open the Edit Menu: While the video is playing, press the Options button on your controller.
Select the "Trim" option to cut the beginning or end of the clip.
