The Best Method: Adding a Friend or Group to Favorites
Open Game Base: Press the PS button on your controller to open the Control Center at the bottom of the screen. Navigate to the Game Base icon (it looks like a smiley face).
Go to the Messages Tab: Inside Game Base, go to the Messages tab. This is where you'll find all your recent chats, both individual and group.
Select a Chat: Find the friend or group chat you want to add to your favorites and select it with the X button.
Access More Options: Once inside the chat, look for the three dots (...) or a "More" option. Select this.
Select "Add to Favorites": In the menu that appears, choose the "Add to Favorites" option. You'll see a small heart symbol appear next to the name of the friend or group chat.
