To fix an app on Firestick that's not working or stuck:

Restart App: Go to Settings, Applications, Manage Installed Applications, select the app, Force Stop, then relaunch.
Check Internet: Ensure Wi-Fi is strong (Settings, Network). Restart router if needed.

Update App: Settings, Applications, Manage Installed Applications, select app, Update if available.

Update Firestick: Settings, My Fire TV, About, Check for Updates.
Clear Cache/Data: Settings, Applications, Manage Installed Applications, select app, Clear Cache. If needed, Clear Data (logs you out).
Reinstall App: Settings, Applications, Manage Installed Applications, Uninstall. Reinstall from Apps or Search on home screen.
