Your Xbox One console is stuck in a low-resolution mode or has a display setting issue. To reset your display settings, press and hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds to turn it off. Then, press and hold the power button and the eject button until you hear two beeps. This will start the console in low-resolution mode (640 x 480). You can then change your video settings from the guide by pressing the Xbox button on your controller and going to Profile & system - Settings - General - TV & display options
