If you’re unable to enable Console Sharing and Offline Play on your PS5 or PS5 Pro, it could be due to account settings, activation conflicts, or network issues. Here’s how you can troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

1. Check Account Status
Ensure You’re Logged In to the Correct Account:
Only the primary account holder can enable Console Sharing and Offline Play.
Log out and back into the correct PSN account.

2. Deactivate Other Primary Consoles
If your account is already set as primary on another PS5 or PS4, you won’t be able to activate this console.

Go to Account Management on a web browser.
Navigate to Device Management - Deactivate All Devices to reset primary access.

After deactivating, return to your PS5 and try enabling Console Sharing again.
