So, to fix the issue where the Viber keeps stopping, you’ll have to follow the steps mentioned below:
1. First of all, make sure your internet connection is stable. This problem usually arises due to an unstable or poor internet connection.
2. Another way to fix the issue is by updating the app. If you have any updates pending for the Viber app, then make sure to update it to the latest version from the App Store or Play Store.
3. If the issue continues, then go to your app library and tap-hold the Viber app.
4. From the pop-up, tap on App Info and then tap on Storage.
5. You’ll then have to tap on the Clear Data, and from the pop-up, tap Clear.
