Basic Troubleshooting:
Check Batteries:
Remove the batteries from the remote, wait for a few seconds, then reinsert them or replace them with new ones. Sometimes, simply resetting the connection by removing the batteries can solve the issue.
Restart the Streaming Box:
Unplug your ONN 4K Streaming Box from power, wait for about 10 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on. This can sometimes reset the Bluetooth connection.

Repair the Remote:
ONN Box:
Locate the small pairing button on the side or front of the streaming box. Press and hold this button until the indicator light starts flashing, indicating that the box is in pairing mode.
Remote:
