Activate Your PS4 as Primary for Your Account:

Go to Settings - Account Management - Activate as Your Primary PS4 and select "Activate".
This step ensures that any account on this console can play your games and use your PS Plus benefits.
Add or Use Other Accounts:

Download or Access Games:
