The location for Machop is in Route 207 and you can access this area before the first Pokemon Gym. The encounter rate of Machop varies with the time of day, and you can see below when Morning, Day and Night starts. The encounter rate during the Day is 55%, and during Morning and Night it is 35%.
Machop evolves into Machoke at Level 28. To evolve Machoke into Machamp, you need to find a trade partner.
