To receive new updates as a beta tester on your Steam Deck, you'll need to opt into the Steam Deck's beta or preview channels. Here’s how you can do that:

Open the Steam Menu:

Press the Steam button on the left side of your Steam Deck to bring up the main menu.
Go to Settings:

Scroll down and select "Settings."
Navigate to System:

In the Settings menu, scroll down and select "System."
Choose Beta Participation:

Under the "System Updates" section, you'll see an option called "Beta Participation."
Select this option to open a dropdown menu.
Select the Beta or Preview Channel:

From the dropdown menu, choose "Steam Deck OS Beta" or "Steam Deck OS Preview" to receive the latest updates before they are released to the general public.

The Beta channel provides more stable updates, while the Preview channel gives access to the latest features but may have more bugs.
Update Your System:

After selecting the beta or preview channel, your Steam Deck will prompt you to update to the latest beta version. Follow the prompts to download and install the update.
