To get the YouTube app on your LG TV, follow these steps:

Turn on Your LG TV and connect it to the internet (via Wi-Fi or Ethernet).

Access the LG Content Store:

Press the Home button on your LG remote to open the main menu.
Navigate to and select the LG Content Store (it usually has a shopping bag icon).

Search for the YouTube App:

In the LG Content Store, go to the Apps section.
Use the search function and type in "YouTube" to locate the YouTube app.
Download and Install the YouTube App:

Select the YouTube app from the search results.
Click Install to download and install the app on your TV.
Open YouTube:

Once installed, you can find the YouTube app in your main menu or My Apps section.

Select it to open YouTube and sign in if you want access to your playlists and subscriptions.
