Shadowheart has had many changes over the patches and patch 6 was no exception. She had some stats changed and in this video I take a look at what options she has (not many) and what items are good for her.

I also take a look at some of her abilities during the video and show how to use Invoke Duplicity.

She makes for a great support character when given all the appropriate items that give buffs when she heals characters. These items also work when she throws healing potions and not just with casting spells such as healing word.

Overall Shadowheart makes for a good addition to the party and every party can include her. In a pinch she can also output decent amounts of damage with a couple of spells.

It's just a shame that she is cursed to miss all the time!

Do keep in mind that Baldur's Gate 3 is still in early access and so the features shown in the video are subject to change and the game is incomplete, so expect more to be added to the game in the future. At time of recording the game was still in Early Access Patch 6, and by the time of the full release of Baldur's Gate 3 things may have changed.
