Here is another quick rig that I made up today. Total time was about 2 hours but most of that time was trying to convert the sega saturn controller over to work with the arcade board.

Things you will need if you want to make something like this:

1 ATX Power Supply (older model with -5v line) (White Color Wire On Harness)
1 RGB to VGA Converter
1 56 pin JAMMA Edge Connector
1 or 2 Joysticks from a PS1 or Sega Saturn set up. (Gives more of a realistic Feeling) or go the hard route and use a regular controller like me and spend a lot of time splicing wires in everywhere lol
1 roll of electrical tape
Rosin Core Solder
A Soldering Pen/Gun
1 VGA pc monitor (Unless You have one already)

ATX Power Supply Pinouts: found here

JAMMA Pinouts: found here

some time and patience and you can make one yourself :D

If you are new to things like this. Take the time to understand where the pins are located on the 56pin connector, the difference between `Solder` and `Parts` side for arcade boards and making sure that you NEVER put the harness on backwards after building it and youll learn a lot of new and interesting things!
