Sometimes it is necessary to put up the boundary with family members who trample upon them.
Boundaries can be too fluid (lacking structure and limits) or too rigid (very inflexible). You'll want to find a healthy and fair balance when dealing with unhealthy, toxic, emotionally immature, or sociopathic/psychopathic family.


No matter who they are in your life, a balance of boundaries is always needed.
In this video, I discuss and reinforce the importance of using boundaries with those family members who quickly forget that you deserve space.
