Here's my tutorial for modding Project Zomboid. I did what I could to cover everything, feel free to skip ahead if you need to. Hope this helps!
Steps:
1. Install and launch the game on Steam
2. Close the game
3. Visit Project Zomboid Workshop on Steam
4. Subscribe to all mods you want
5. Launch the game and enable the mods in the "Mods" menu on the title screen
(For multiplayer, be sure to enable the mods under "Steam Workshop" in your server settings)
