This video will show you how to move channels and categories on Discord mobile. Unlike desktop you will need to go into the server settings to move channels on Discord mobile.

In the server settings there is a channels option. Once selected you will see all of the text and voice channels in the server. Pressing the "Reorder" button will allow you to move the channels to the position that you want.

To move a channel press and hold on the channel, then drag it to your desired position. The new position will save once you press the "Done" button in the top corner.
