How to Pause Windows 11 Updates
Method 1: Pause Updates via Settings
Press Win + I to open Settings.
Go to Windows Update (left panel).

Under More options, find Pause updates.
Click the dropdown and choose Pause for 1 week (you can extend up to 5 weeks).

➡ ️ To resume updates, go back to Windows Update and click Resume updates.
