You can quickly adjust the sound and brightness on your Nintendo Switch using the quick settings menu. Here’s how:

Press and hold the Home button on your Nintendo Switch for at least one second.
This will bring up the quick settings menu.
From here, you can adjust the screen brightness using the slider.
You can also adjust the volume by using the volume controls1.
For more detailed adjustments, you can go to the System Settings from the Home menu:

Select System Settings.
Scroll down to Screen Brightness to adjust the brightness manually or enable/disable automatic brightness2.
Scroll down to Sound to adjust the volume settings
