To redeem a PS Plus gift card on your PS5 account, follow these steps:

Turn on your PS5 console and ensure you are signed in with the PlayStation Network (PSN) account where you want to apply the gift card.
Access the PlayStation Store:

From the PS5 home screen, navigate to the PlayStation Store by selecting the PlayStation Store icon in the top menu.

Navigate to the Redeem Code option:
Once in the PlayStation Store, scroll to the bottom of the sidebar or go to the top-right corner of the screen.

Select the three dots (ellipsis) to open the menu, then choose "Redeem Code".

Enter the Gift Card Code:
A window will pop up where you need to enter the 12-digit code from your gift card. Carefully type or paste the code into the text box. Remember, the code should be for the same region as your PSN account.
Confirm the Redemption:

After entering the code, select "Continue" or "Confirm". If the code is valid, you'll see a confirmation screen indicating whether the code was for wallet funds, a subscription, or specific content.

Download Content (if applicable):
If you've redeemed a code for a game, add-on, or other content, you might see options to download it immediately. If the content doesn't require downloading (like wallet funds or subscriptions), you'll just get a confirmation that it's been added to your account.

Use the Funds or Check Subscription:
Wallet funds can now be used to buy anything from the PlayStation Store, including games, additional content, or to subscribe to PlayStation Plus if your card was for wallet top-up.

If you redeemed a PS Plus subscription voucher, check your subscription status in "Settings" - "Users and Accounts" - "Account" - "Payment and Subscriptions" to confirm your new membership period.
