In this video, I'm going to show you how to extend the time for undoing an email in Gmail. It's very easy to do. The default setting is five seconds which seems quite short so we can extend that. So go to your Gmail, then tap on the settings icon, in the far right corner.

And then hit see all settings, tap into there and then you will see down a little, it says, undo send and send cancellation period. All you have to do is click on this and you can extend it more than five seconds to 10 seconds, 20 seconds or 30 seconds. I'm going to choose 20 seconds.

And then scroll down to the bottom and tap on save changes, now what we're going to do is test this out to see how it works. So I'm going to compose a new email. I'm just going to send the email to myself. So let's just make up an email here to send.

Let's give it a subject and let's just put some testing in here. Now, what we're going to do is hit the send button and you'll notice in the bottom left corner, the undo send, or I can few message will stay for 20 seconds. I'm going to hit undo and that basically stops the email from sending.

Hope you guys enjoyed this video. Thank you for watching until next time. Peace.
