Step 1. Swipe from top to bottom repeatedly on your Fitbit Charge 6 home screen until you see Settings and then tap "Settings."

Step 2. Tap "Display Settings" in this menu.

Step 3. Tap "Brightness" to cycle through the screen brightness options. Choose "Dim" to choose the least bright option. Alternatively, choose "Normal" to choose the medium screen brightness option. Your changes will be applied immediately.
